Course Overview
In order to join the Mortgage Broking industry entrants must meet the minimum standards of education within the Mortgage & Finance Industry. This currently requires completion of the FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Without the FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking , entrants will not be eligible for accreditation with lenders or professional industry associations such as, the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia) and the FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia). The certificate Iv In Mortgage and finance Broking FNS40815 is also the minimum educational requirement under RG206 and so is required by ASIC.
