Course Overview
In order to join the Mortgage Broking industry entrants must meet the minimum standards of education within the Mortgage & Finance Industry. This currently requires completion of the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking - FNS40804).
Without the Certificate IV in Finance / Mortgage Broking, entrants will not be eligible for accreditation with lenders or professional industry associations such as, the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia) and the FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia).
