Working within the financial services firm, you will have an opportunity to build relationships with the partners and capitalise on its established client base.

 

This position would suit an experienced mortgage broker or lending professional capable of managing complex loans and unafraid of working towards KPIs.  This is not a loan processors role.  You will be responsible for proactively handling internally developed leads as well as expanding your internal client base.

 

To be successful in the role, you will need to display high professional standards and exceptional customer service.  Attitude and drive will be weighted more heavily than experience as we have the ability to mentor you as needed.  In addition, as part of our larger broking group, you will have expert resources to assist you with scenarios, systems and compliance.

Business Development Manager – Mortgage Manager/Lender

Based in Sydney or Brisbane (Gold Coast)

Lending or Sales Experience (finance industry) essential

Your role will be to:

Promote our services to Mortgage & Finance brokers

Build and maintain relationships with Aggregators

Manage marketing Initiatives

SMSF Senior Accountant – Adelaide, SA (Full Time)

This Financial Services organisation is rapidly expanding and an exciting career path is ensured to all dedicated team members.

This newly created position reports to the Accountancy Manager/Principal. You will have responsibility for the accounting and tax functions for all SMSF administered by the firm. We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator / marketing assistant with excellent communication skills to coordinate student enrolments and more!

You will be our first point of contact for potential students by both telephone and email.  You'll look after student inquiries and manage the full enrolment process.  You'll assemble, package and post out our distance learning materials and set up and cater for our monthly face to face workshops.  This is a varied role with scope to grow within the mortgage broking industry.

To be successful in the role you:

  • Have a a customer service focus backed up by strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English you will be the first point of contact for potential students
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience in an office environment with some experience registering details into a database.

We are a supportive team and full on the job training will be provided.  You will also have the option of completing our Finance courses as an added benefit. An interest in mortgage broking, training and/or social media and will be met with further opportunities.
